PAXSYNERGY – STRONGER TOGETHER: PAXIMUM Held Its First Global Management Summit
Paximum, which continues its growth in the global market with its innovative solutions in travel technologies, successfully held its first-ever “PaxSynergy – Stronger Together” Global Management Summit, bringing together its management team, in November at Side Well Palace Hotel, Antalya.
The summit was organized with the participation of all Paximum board members and department managers, aiming to evaluate 2025 performance and determine 2026 goals and strategies.
Two-Day Intensive and Interactive Program
The first day of the summit began with opening speeches, department presentations, and strategic evaluation sessions. The event, opened by speeches from Paximum Deputy General Manager İhsan Güzel and Board Members Erol Türk, İsmet Çelebi, Oktay Erciyaz, Mustafa Türk, and Süha Tık, featured special presentations from the Global Sales, Finance, Technology, Customer Support, Software Development, and Human Resources departments.
The second day was entirely dedicated to the 2026 Strategy Meeting and Workshop sessions. In this section, where decisions shaping Paximum's future were made, participants worked in teams to create a “To Do List,” and the most effective strategic recommendations were determined by voting results. The summit concluded with Deputy General Manager İhsan Güzel's closing speech and a group photo.
