General managers of Accor's premium, mid-scale, and economy segment hotels in Türkiye came together at Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova as part of "GM Roadshow 2025". Digitalization, sustainability, revenue management, and new era strategies were discussed at the event.

Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality groups, met with its hotel managers in Türkiye at the "GM Roadshow 2025" event. The meeting, held at Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova between May 4-6, was attended by the general managers of Accor's 64 hotels across Türkiye.

At the event, chaired by Accor Premium, Midscale & Economy Division COO Middle East, Africa & Türkiye Paul Stevens, the first quarter results of 2025 were evaluated, and presentations were made on digitalization, investment, and sustainability targets.

Speaking at the event, Paul Stevens expressed his pleasure in meeting with hotel managers in Türkiye and said, "It is very valuable for us to share this success with our teams and shape our future strategies together."

I was very pleased to meet with the general managers and discipline leaders of our hotels in Türkiye at such a valuable organization. At this productive meeting, we had the opportunity to listen to the feedback of our general managers and celebrated Accor's first quarter results in Türkiye together. It was extremely exciting for us to share this success with our teams and strengthen our future strategies.

Wide Range of Presentations from Artificial Intelligence to Menu Trends

The event started on May 5 with a presentation by Accor Sub-Saharan Africa and Türkiye Digital Marketing Director Tuğba Çakar titled "Digital Marketing in the Age of Artificial Intelligence". It then continued with a workshop by Rola Husseini, Accor Middle East and Africa Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Support.

On May 6, menu trends and gastronomy vision came to the fore. Tony Chisholm, Accor's manager in charge of food and beverage operations, shared information on the "plant-forward" approach. Osman Bahadır from Unilever Food Solutions also offered participants a special tasting experience with his "Plant-Based Menu Planning" presentation.

Revenue Management and Regional Strategies Discussed

Accor Türkiye Revenue Management Director Cansu Gürcan discussed revenue systems and market trends with her "Think Like a Trader" presentation. Regional managers such as Jonathan Sheard, Mark Flower, and Verona Naidoo provided information on operations, commerce, and human resources.

Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova Hosted

Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova, Accor's first resort hotel in Türkiye, hosted the organization. In his assessment of the event, the hotel's General Manager Ali Karadağlı said, "We were honored to host Accor managers at our hotel. It was an inspiring meeting for our industry."

We were very happy and proud to host such a prestigious event. It was very valuable for us to host Accor general managers and head office managers from all over Türkiye at our hotel. This organization was not only an inspiring meeting for our industry but also an indication that Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova opened the season strongly.

The event ended with the awarding of successful hotels of the season and the executive board members answering questions from the participants.
