ATF25 BRINGS TOGETHER SKAL INTERNATIONAL WORLD LEADERSATF25 opens a new window to the sector by hosting the presidents of SKAL International, the world's most widespread tourism NGO. 

International Antalya Tourism Fair (ATF) is signing a strong collaboration this year with one of the most important global networks in tourism, SKAL International. ATF25, the vision meeting of tourism, will host world leaders under the umbrella of SKAL International, highlighting the importance of global friendships and inter-market connections.

ATF25, which will be held for the 7th time at the Antalya International Fair Center, with the main sponsorship of Türkiye İş Bankası and Kilit Hospitality Group main partnership, will host its visitors on October 22–23–24, 2025. ATF25, which will take place with over 40,000 professional visits from more than 70 countries and over 1,000 tourism brands, leads to an increase in awareness in the sector with its “Sustainable Hospitality” theme.

Global Leaders in Antalya

The session titled "Global Markets, Common Future – Global Connections in Tourism with Skal World Leaders" will be chaired by past SKAL World President Salih Çene. Participants will include SKAL International World President Denise Scrafton (Australia), SKAL International Vice President and 2026 Elected World President Andres Hayes (America), Finance Director and 2026 Vice President Mohan N.S.N (India), and past SKAL International World Presidents Hülya Aslantaş and Salih Çene.

In this special session at ATF25, discussions will cover how tourism professionals can carry out their mission to make the world a better place, the advantages and challenges of working in different markets, examples of solidarity developed post-pandemic, the importance of ties established with friendly countries in opening up to new markets, and the contributions of collaborations under the SKAL umbrella to the sector. Additionally, strategies that can be developed for sustainable and lasting international relations and which market connections will fuel the tourism of the future will also be discussed.

Special Invitation for SKAL Members

Within the scope of this collaboration, all SKAL members operating worldwide have been invited to ATF25. This gathering in Antalya will bring SKAL's global network together in Turkey, offering members the opportunity to develop new collaborations, closely follow sectoral innovations, and establish direct contact with international tourism professionals.

In this context, ATF25 will host a global gathering that attracts the attention of tourism professionals not only in Turkey but all over the world.

SKAL Antalya President Uğursal Uğur drew attention to the importance of this collaboration and stated the following:

Strong Innovations at ATF25

ATF generates added value this year with its innovations and the responsibility of its leadership position in the sector. Launched under the theme of "Sustainable Hospitality", the ATF SHE scholarship program, the Start-Up Island that offers opportunities to young entrepreneurs, and the Tourism Design Awards

, where inspiring ideas will gain global visibility. This year, the ATF25 Workshops, which will also be organized with the motto “Education is Essential”, will add value to the sector with interactive training sessions aimed at developing the knowledge, skills, and vision of tourism professionals.

The opening of ATF25 will take place with a presentation by National Athlete and Presenter Çağla Kubat. Kubat will also host the “Pioneers of Turkish Hospitality” Honor Ceremony, which will honor local administrators who have played a pioneering role in the development of Turkish tourism in line with this year's theme.

The third day of ATF25 will feature speeches by prominent figures from the world of art and science. General Director of State Theatres Tamer Karadağlı (October 24, 11:00) will convey the intersecting paths of art and tourism; while at 13:00 on the same day, Economist Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin will evaluate the economic dynamics of tourism. At 15:00, Prof. Dr. Sinan Canan, will shed light on the future of tourism from the perspective of human behavior and brain sciences.
