L'AMMINISTRAZIONE TRUMP POTREBBE DEPORTARE GLI IMMIGRATI
The US Supreme Court has ruled that the Donald Trump administration has the authority to deport immigrants to countries other than their home countries.
The US Supreme Court has ruled that the Donald Trump administration can continue to deport immigrants to countries other than their own. By a vote of 6 to 3, the justices overturned a lower court ruling that ordered the Trump administration to give immigrants a 'meaningful opportunity' to explain to officials the risks they might face if they were deported to a third country. With this decision, the Trump administration will have the authority to quickly deport immigrants to countries other than their home countries.
US Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin called the ruling "a victory for the safety and security of the American people," adding, "The Biden administration has allowed millions of illegal immigrants to flood into our country. Now the Trump administration can use its undisputed authority to remove criminal illegal immigrants from the country and clean up this national security nightmare. The Department of Homeland Security can now exercise its legal authority and send illegal immigrants to a country willing to accept them."
