Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has made new appointments to its team in Turkey to add more value to its hotel partners in the country.

Arcan Bayraktaroğlu, who has more than 30 years of experience in hotel operations, business development, sales and marketing, has started his new role as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Turkey Operations President. Joining the Wyndham team with his experience in both the local market and international accommodation standards, Bayraktaroğlu will be responsible for the operational performance of all Wyndham hotels in Turkey and compliance with quality, service and brand standards. Bayraktaroğlu will play a role in strengthening Wyndham's operational infrastructure and guest experience by providing support to hotel owners and field teams.

Evren Dündar, who joined the Wyndham team as Turkey Regional Sales Manager, will be responsible for the growth of sales in the region and the long-term commercial performance of Wyndham's portfolio in Turkey with his knowledge of the market and relationships in the sector.

Wyndham also announced the appointment of Gül Begüm, who joined its team in Turkey as Training Officer, in line with its goals of training new talents, strengthening hotel teams and creating a continuous learning culture. In her new role, Gül Begüm will contribute to the improvement of service standards by supporting the professional development of Wyndham teams.
