Located in the heart of the Venetian lagoon, on an area of 80 thousand square meters, this unique hotel stands out with its historical texture, elegant gardens and only eight minutes by boat from San Marco Square. The hotel, which will serve as it is until the end of the season in November 2025, will then undergo a comprehensive renovation process.

Three-stage renovation works will be realized with the interior design touches of Albion Nord. The renovated hotel will feature 136 rooms and suites reflecting Venetian elegance, original gastronomy concepts, Mandarin Oriental's award-winning SPA services, an outdoor pool and wellness areas. In addition, versatile areas appealing to different guest segments such as event and children's areas are also included in the project.

Mandarin Oriental Group President Laurent Kleitman: “We are delighted to bring Mandarin Oriental's legendary service approach to Venice. This historical structure, with its unique location and rich heritage, perfectly aligns with our vision of creating impressive experiences that enable our guests to establish meaningful connections with the destination. By adding Venice to our portfolio in Italy, we are further enriching our destination network in the country. "Thus, in addition to the hotels we currently operate in Milan and Lake Como, we are further strengthening our presence in Italy with the facilities that will be opened soon in Rome, Cortina and Porto Cervo."

Permak Holding Vice President Emir Uyar: “We are very pleased to partner with Mandarin Oriental to start a new era for San Clemente Palace.
