HOLIDAYMINE AND DESTINIA GROUP ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC COOPERATION

Holidaymine has signed a long-term strategic cooperation with Destinia Group, one of Spain's leading travel groups. The agreement is considered the beginning of a new period of growth in digital tourism between the two countries.

Among Turkey's rising brands in the digital travel market, Holidaymine, one of the significant players in the global tourism sector, Destinia Group has signed a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership agreement.

Within the scope of the cooperation, Wozozo (B2B brand), Destinia.com (B2C brand) and Online Travel Services (travel technologies unit) brands aim to combine their strengths and enter a new period of growth in the Turkish travel market.

Destinia Group, Spain's largest online travel agency, plans to strengthen its presence in the Turkish market and expand its global leadership with a customer portfolio of over 1.5 million annually. This step is considered a strategic contribution to the overall development of Turkey's tourism ecosystem.

In the statement made by Holidaymine, it was emphasized that the cooperation is of great importance not only strategically but also operationally and technologically. It was stated that the advanced technological integration established between the two brands will enable products and services to be offered to the market more quickly and efficiently.

Holidaymine announced that Destinia Group CEO Ricardo Fernandez will be with Holidaymine at the Antalya Tourism Fair this year, sharing the statement, "We invite all our business partners to our stand for strategic discussions that will shape the sector."
