Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy International Trade Negotiator Ling Ji said they will strengthen cooperation with Europe.

Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy International Trade Negotiator Ling Ji met with Czech Republic Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Martin Frelich yesterday. Ling noted that economic and trade relations between China and the Czech Republic have developed steadily in recent years. Ling stated that China is ready to import more Czech Republic products, and that the two sides will strengthen investment and cooperation in areas such as green and digital economy and artificial intelligence.

Lin emphasized that China will expand dialogue, contact and cooperation with European countries, including the Czech Republic, and said that they will defend the rules-based multilateral trading system and oppose trade protectionism and unilateralism.
