TRUMP: THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE BETWEEN THE USA-RUSSIA-UKRAINE
US President Donald Trump stated that his meeting with European leaders went very well, announcing that the next meeting would be between the USA, Russia, and Ukraine.
US President Donald Trump made a statement from his sWitkoff account yesterday after his meetings at the White House with both Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders. Trump noted that he had a very productive meeting with the European leaders, naming them one by one.
Emphasizing that the meeting, which began in the East Room of the White House, ended with a meeting in a different format in the Oval Office, Trump said, "During the meeting, we discussed the issue of security guarantees for Ukraine to be provided by various European countries in coordination with the USA. Everyone is very pleased with the possibility of peace for Russia/Ukraine."
Trump stated that he called Putin by phone at the end of the meetings, using the expression, "I have started preparations for a meeting between President Putin and President Zelensky, whose location has not yet been determined. After this meeting takes place, we will hold a tripartite meeting that will include both presidents and myself."
Stating that this step is very important to end the war, Trump also announced that Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Special Representative Steve Witkoff have started working on arranging this meeting.
