TRUMP TO RUSSIA, WHICH ATTACKED UKRAINE: 'DISAPPOINTMENT'
US President Donald Trump stated he was "disappointed" due to the Russian missile attacks on Ukraine despite peace negotiations.
US President Donald Trump made a statement to reporters at Morristown Airport regarding his country's foreign policy. Trump emphasized that his recent meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "went well," and said he was "surprised" by the ongoing bombardment during the meetings.
Expressing that he was "disappointed" in Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump said, "I am disappointed that Russia is launching missiles. I am very disappointed." To the question of 'what he expected' from Putin, Trump replied, "I want him to stop shooting, sit down and sign a deal. I believe there are limits to an agreement, and I want him to sign it, finish his business and go back to his life."
