Wyndham Europe is strengthening its momentum across the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa with significant openings and newly signed hotels.

Accelerating its growth momentum in EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' number of operating hotels across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa has exceeded 720. While Wyndham signed off on the opening of over 60 new hotels with a total of over 4,700 rooms across the region in the first half of 2025, the company recorded organic growth of 5 percent across EMEA compared to the same period last year. Focused on expanding quality and branded accommodation services in fast-growing markets, Wyndham also signed agreements for 27 new hotels across the region during this period.

Wyndham's significant openings in 2025 include Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa in Sicily, Monasteri Golf and Spa, and Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Turkey. In the first half of the year, Wyndham continued to grow in Eastern Europe and Central Asia by making new openings in Georgia, Romania and Kazakhstan and bringing its brands to new markets, while it also accelerated its growth in the Eurasian region with the opening of 21 new hotels. The company's portfolio in Eurasia has reached more than 90 hotels, most of which are located in India, one of the world's most dynamic and fastest growing accommodation markets.

Strategic agreements signed by Wyndham for the development of new hotels also played an important role in the growth of the company's brands during this period. These agreements include those that will bring the world-renowned Super 8 by Wyndham brand to two high-demand markets such as Saudi Arabia and the Iberian Peninsula.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA President Dimitris Manikis said, "We are seeing tremendous momentum across EMEA with over 720 open hotels. Travel continues to increase, and we are meeting this demand with our growing portfolio that reflects the energy and diversity of this region. From dazzling resort facilities in Sicily to unique experiences such as staying in a cave in Cappadocia, we offer truly inspiring experiences. By signing new agreements in markets such as the Iberian Peninsula and Saudi Arabia, we are not only growing, but also creating new opportunities for our partners and further expanding the great options our guests have to stay in the region.”

Wyndham's global room count recorded a net growth of 4 percent in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year, while the company's project stock grew for the 20th consecutive quarter, reaching its highest level to date with 255,000 rooms. Wyndham's revenue per room in the EMEA region recorded strong growth of 7 percent on a constant currency basis.
