2025 FEES IN THE TOURISM SECTOR
According to SSI data, the daily earnings of tourism sector employees increased by 37% annually to 2026 TL in January 2025. Male employees earned an average of 2092 TL, while this figure was 1934 TL for female employees.
According to the news compiled by Turizmdatabank, the highest daily earnings in the sector belonged to airline employees with 4567 TL, while this figure was recorded as 1501 TL in the accommodation sector. The total number of employees in the tourism sector was determined as 1.33 million, of which 788 thousand were male and 548 thousand were female employees.
In Turkey as a whole, the total number of employees as of January 2025 was 16.3 million, while the average daily earnings were calculated as 1533 TL. Of the employees across the country, 10.7 million were male and 5.6 million were female.
